Dona Filipa Hotel - Short Break Package

Package Information
Minimum of 03-night stays are required. Package is valid for stays consumed until the 31 October 2012. Rates are per room, per night, based on single/double occupancy and availability. Taxes and service charge are included in package rates.

Meals
Daily buffet breakfast and buffet dinners are served at the Primavera Restaurant. Beverages (for the dinners) are not included.

Golf Information
Golf rounds are per adult and per stay. Rounds are not transferable or refundable and are subject to course availability. Handicap certificate (Men/28 - Ladies/36) is required to play. Tokens and trolleys included in package are only valid for San Lorenzo Golf Course. Golfers wanting to exchange San Lorenzo Golf rounds for Pinheiros Altos, should please choose this option during the online booking process, to validate choice.

Spa Information
Vale do Lobo Royal Spa is located approximately 500 m from the Hotel. Access to the Vale do Lobo Royal Spa is applicable only to non golfers, and option must be chosen during online booking process, to validate choice. Day pass includes: - access to the fitness centre; Turkish bath, hammam, saunas, pool and Jacuzzi area; use of relaxation area with complimentary team fruit and water; bathrobe, towels, slippers and use of a locker in the spa changing rooms. Use of a swimsuit for ladies and trunks for men and swimming cap is compulsory. Swimming caps can be requested from the Spa Reception. Clients are kindly requested to use the poolside shower before entering the pool. No alcoholic beverages or smoking are permitted. Any additional treatments and or massages are not included and will be charged.

Car Rental
Car rental is an optional package inclusion, at an extra charge and valid during the whole period of the reserved package. Vehicle included in the package is a group B Hertz car rental (Ford Fiesta or similar). Car rental rate is calculated for car pick-ups and drop-offs at the Hotel. For pick-ups and drop offs at the Airport, and additional airport service charge of 30 € will have to be applied (to be paid locally). For pick-up and drop-offs at the Airport, guests will have to mention this as an observation on the online form, at time of booking. Car rental rate includes unlimited mileage, CDW (Collision Damage Waver), TP (Theft Protection, vehicle license fee and taxes. Rate does not include airport service charge, PAI (Personal Accident Insurance), SDW (Super Damage Waver), gasoline and all other extra charges. Hotel cannot be held responsible for for any faulty or mishaps with the car rental service.

General Policy
A limited number of rooms may be available at these rates and additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply. This program can not be combined with any additional discount or promotion. No credits will be granted irrespective of whether or not the full package is used. Seasonal deposits may be required. Offer not applicable to groups (more than 10 rooms). Not responsible for omissions or typographical errors. Void where prohibited by law.
